Zucchini casserole

Ingredients:
✔️Young zucchini – 2 pcs
✔️Milk – 150 ml
✔️Chicken egg – 3 pcs
✔️Hard cheese – 50 g
✔️Wheat flour – 6 tbsp.
✔️Parsley – 1/2 bunch
✔️Salt – to taste
✔️ Ground black pepper – to taste
✔️Dried basil – to taste
✔️Olive oil – 6 tbsp.

  1. Cut the zucchini into small pieces and put them in a baking dish (grease with oil beforehand).
  2. Finely chop the parsley.
  3. Beat eggs in a small bowl, add milk, a pinch of dried basil and mix well.
  4. Grate the cheese and add it to the egg-milk mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste, olive oil and flour. Mix until a uniform consistency.
  5. Pour the resulting mixture over the zucchini.
  6. Heat the oven to 200°. Place the mold in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
    Recipe tips: Parmesan cheese tastes best. Before baking, the casserole can be sprinkled with sesame seeds.
