⚫Chili pepper – 1 pc
⚫ Avocado – 2 pcs
⚫Tomatoes – 1.5 pcs
⚫ Onions – 1 pc
⚫Cilantro – 1 bunch
⚫ Lemon juice – 2 tsp.
⚫Garlic – 1 clove

  1. Crush the garlic, peel and cut the tomatoes. Peel the chilies from the seeds, cut the onion into half rings. In the bowl of a blender, beat the vegetables with cilantro.
  2. Peel the avocado, remove the bone, cut into small pieces.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, add the vegetable mixture and 2 tsp. lemon juice Mix the resulting mixture well.
  4. Serve on slices of ciabatta or with corn chips.
    Tips for the recipe: if you want to serve guacamole in the form of a sauce, beat all the ingredients in a blender.
