Grated cake

🔶 Wheat flour – 3 tbsp.
🔶Butter – 200 g
🔶 Sugar – 1 tbsp.
🔶Chicken egg – 2 pcs
🔶Jam – 500 g
🔶Salt – to taste
🔶Soda – 1/4 tsp.

  1. In a bowl, add flour, salt, sugar and soda (dissolve in vinegar). Mix everything.
  2. Add butter (preheated in a pan). Add eggs, knead the dough.
  3. Put 1/3 of the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. Roll out the rest of the dough, cover the baking dish. Add filling (jam to your taste).
  5. Grate the dough that has been in the freezer, sprinkle the pie filling.
  6. Bake in a heated oven for 25-30 minutes.
