Bruschetta with tomatoes

Ingredients:
đź”´Ciabata (white bread) – 5 pieces
đź”´Tomatoes – 2 pcs
đź”´Olive oil – 30 ml
đź”´Garlic – 3 cloves
đź”´ Ground black pepper – to taste
đź”´Salt – to taste
đź”´Basil – 10 g

  1. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes (only the pulp is needed, the seeds and juice are extra). 2. Chop the garlic and basil.
  2. Fry the bread in a dry pan or in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Heat 30 ml of olive oil in a pan, add tomatoes (light frying will not allow them to turn into porridge). Add garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Soak the fried bread in olive oil. Put warm tomatoes on top, add salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add greens (basil tastes best).
